Hot Mill Roller

熱(re)軋輥因為其(qi)特殊的設(she)計結構而具(ju)有較高的強(qiang)度(du)，韌性和耐熱(re)性。用于高密(mi)實度(du)的塑料板材片材成型和無(wu)紡布加熱(re)復合。

選(xuan)用優(you)質合金鋼 38CrMoA1A，42CrMo，60CrMoV，9Cr2Mo 等作為本體材料，經(jing)機(ji)械加工(gong)、熱處理(li)成型，表面硬度可達 HRC58 ～ 62。 內膽螺旋式和周(zhou)邊(bian)鉆孔(kong)兩種設計結構，采用內部安(an)裝(zhuang)螺旋內膽或輥體周(zhou)邊(bian)鉆孔(kong)循(xun)環引(yin)導(dao)熱(re)油，使(shi)輥面兩端(duan)溫差更小，熱(re)效率更高。

Hot Mill Roller have superior strength、tenacity and heat resistance due to the special design structure. The roller can be used in high density plastic plate and sheet forming and non-woven fabric heat compounding.

The roller body select super quality alloy steel such as 38CrMoA1A，42CrMo，60CrMoV，9Cr2Mo etc. The surface hardness can be reached HRC58-62 after the machining and heat treatment.

The roller inside structure design as spiral channel and circum drilling hole,the temperature difference between double sides of the roller will be smaller and the thermal efficiency will be higher.

輥筒特點

     度均勻；

● 熱交(jiao)換高(gao)效、均(jun)勻，輥面溫度均(jun)衡穩(wen)定；

● 適用(yong)于 PC/PMMA 等較薄的塑料片材(cai)、無紡布、皮革

     的表面壓光(guang)及壓花。
